"Long queue as expected but we waited for only 15-20 minutes. The waiter in charge for seating the customers is very nice and polite. We waited around 10 minutes to order as all servers were busy but the food was served fast. The croissant was a really big one. The famous hot chocolate was just too sweet, kettle is good for 3 servings. I've tried a better one at a random café in Rome. The crepes were so basic. Whipped cream tasted very good. It is pricey and they even increased pricing more."

However, on my third and final visit, I was able to get in within about 20 minutes. I have to say, the chocolate drink is really good, and the club sandwich was enjoyable as well. My sister ordered some crepes, but honestly, they weren't the best. The food is pricey, and I would only return for the chocolate. When popular places are so crowded, they often don’t take the time to provide the best service and experience."
